So we have developed our Virtual Training Platform to help you stay focused and motivated.

Our Virtual Training Platform includes:

  • One to one training options

  • Group classes

  • Classes for beginners through to advanced levels of fitness

  • Up to 16 classes a week

  • Classes include

    • HIIT sessions

    • Lower body strengthening

    • Upper body workouts

    • Core/glute specific classes

  • Two coaches per class to monitor and lead you through the session

  • Each session is recorded, written out and posted on our private online training page
