Rachel is passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through physical training and nutrition.
Spending her youth and early teens as a dancer, her fitness revolved around movement and flexibility. After moving on from dancing and finding a love for the gym, strength and resistance training became her new passion. Never losing sight of how important technique and flexibility are, Rachel incorporates these fundamentals into her training programs.
Awarded the institute Champion from her training provider, Rachel comes with great recommendations and always strives to deliver her best, ensuring the most rewarding experience for her clients.
Qualifications – Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness, Master Trainer Level 1 and Nutrition Coach.
