Josh has always desired a job that is hands-on, rewarding and allows him to work with an array of people. “I am passionate about health and fitness and I enjoy assisting people in making real and sustainable life changes.” As a child, Josh participated in as many sporting activities as he could, including representative rugby league, rugby union, AFL, and cricket. Sport has taught him the value of working hard and how to be a great teammate. He enjoys strength and conditioning training and is always looking for new and effective muscle-building techniques to research and further educate himself with.
Josh believes that it is critical for clients to understand that fitness should be enjoyable and he passionately promotes the concept of maintaining a good life balance whilst not giving up the things you enjoy. “Fitness is not a chore; it’s a way of life that allows people to be the best versions of themselves.”
