Renee lives by the quote “expect greatness”. Believing that our mindset is more important than anything else and that we should expect greatness in all aspects of our lives. Renee began her career in personal training with the goal of assisting those who struggle with consistency and confidence in the gym. A few of her personal favorite ways to stay in shape are through weight lifting, pilates and working up a sweat with a HIIT session. As a mother, she has learned how important it is to listen to your body and adapt your training style to meet your specific needs.
Understanding what your body needs means having a healthy mind and viewing yourself in a positive light, gaining the knowledge of nutrition to fuel and nourish your body and being able to physically challenge yourself in order to smash your goals.
