I thrive to assist in improving all aspects of health – mental, physical and nutrition. I believe that being “healthy” is a reflection of not only your physical health but also your mental state.
I was active all my youth playing soccer, oztag and dancing. The active lifestyle then led to lifting weights in the gym setting at a young age. Over the years I went through my own transformation that started off with an unhealthy relationship with food and mental health issues to now having a healthy, balanced and happier lifestyle.
