Build A Body is hands down the best gym I have ever been to. I always feel comfortable there as it is suited to all training levels. All the coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable. My coach, Paloma, is absolutely sensational. She pushes me to hit my goals but is also supportive when everything is not going to plan so I never feel uncomfortable with her. She also writes some killer workouts!! Highly recommend it!

BAB supports each and every member, you feel like you belong to an awesome community, and where all the trainers have your back not just your PT! From the minute you arrive in the gym you are welcomed with smiles and greetings from the whole team. My PT Luke is super supportive, listens to my goals, and he helps make the goals achievable in a really fun, yet challenging way. Luke is realistic with his goal setting and helps keep me on track, but never makes you feel guilty or judged.

BEST GYM FAMILY!!!!! BAB is the family you didn't know you needed. I was guided step by step how to lose weight effectively and comfortably without having to sacrifice anything. My amazing Personal Trainer Andy taught me how to eat better, live better, lose weight efficiently and keep it off. I was guided on how to workout properly, pushing me to achieve goals and making me sweat well. Accountability is a highlight of the gym, your personal trainer always checking up on you (even on their days off) and even other trainers in the gym checking up on you to see how your progress is going. The most welcoming gym I have ever trained at. Returning to exercise in my fifties was scary. I was sure it would be intimidating! I shouldn't have worried though, honestly I stepped through the doors on my first visit and felt supported, encouraged and like I belonged. Everyone makes a point of saying hello and learning your name, it's such a warm and genuine gym, like a big family!
I was paired with Paloma and I am so grateful. She is incredible! Her attention to detail and constant check of my technique is outstanding. I feel safe, my training program is tailored to me and put together with thought. The equipment is elite level and there is a huge variety of equipment.
I joined the gym with a crazy attitude of not wanting to work on nutrition. Thank goodness Pal was patient and quietly steered me towards thinking about nutrition. My gosh, I now love creating recipes with nutrition in mind. I have a much better understanding of mindful eating and portion sizes and how simple little 'food swaps' within a dish can make such a difference. It doesn't have to always be about calorie counting, (something I was fearful of), just making clever choices and planning ahead. I am now the meal prep Queen at home and probably drive my family nuts. Most sessions with Pal involve us talking about food while training - always my fault - and I must make her so hungry! I have learnt so much from her for which I am grateful. My PT session days are my absolute favourite days of the week!
BAB is not just a gym. It is a genuine team that really cares about health and fitness. Cliche? I challenge anyone to join BAB and tell me I am wrong!

Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)

Although we highly encourage that you make your sessions at Build A Body a time to focus on yourself, we understand there will be times when you will need to bring your kids along. We allow for kids to be present at the studio provided you bring a play mat, towel or pram for them to seated on for the duration of your session. Touching and playing on the equipment is strictly off-limits.

With multiple personal training and semi-private packages to choose from, you will have the opportunity to have a consultation face to face at Build A Body or via a Zoom call with one of our fitness consultants to find the program that best suits your goals.

We believe that a successful transformation can not be achieved with a quick fix. Therefore we give you the option to choose from sixteen weeks, twenty-six weeks or fifty-two weeks

Yes, all nutrition plans that we write for our members are catered towards their bodies and goals. No two plans are the same with our main focus being energy balance (calories) and macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein and fat).

All our personal training sessions run for 60 minutes. Our semi-private sessions run for 45 minutes.

Yes, we have multiple change rooms fitted with showers ensuring you can train, get ready and go!

Along with your personalised nutrition and training program, we provide a weekly check-in for 10-15 minutes for your first session of the week. This is where your coach will track and monitor your body composition markers in addition to asking you a series of feedback questions to ensure you are progressing towards your goals.

All of the members at Build A Body are paired with a personal trainer or are enrolled in semi-private training. This keeps our studio intimate and allows you to be surrounded by like-minded people within our community unlike regular commercial gyms.
