From playing grade level cricket for two years in England to soccer and AFL in Aus, James has always valued teamwork, health, and fitness.

James has extensive experience working with a wide range of clients and makes it a priority to meet their needs, doing whatever he can to help each person achieve their individual goals. With a passion for constantly expanding his knowledge and education on nutrition and training principles, James believes that no matter where you are in your fitness journey, there is always room for improvement. James’ favorite type of training is functional fitness. He also enjoys sports specific training and building strength to assist in accomplishing the physical demands of his day to day activities.

You will also find Jimmy likes to experiment with different nutrition methods to learn about alternate ways of fueling the body to enhance performance.
